Adjectives help to describe the quality, facts, quantity, and more. It also describes a noun and pronoun by giving additional information. Many types of adjectives can be used by students in different sentences. For example words like more, faster, reasonable, and more can be used in the comparative adjectives. Superlative adjectives are used to compare two or more people or things to indicate which is best or extreme. Some examples of superlative adjectives include the smartest, loudest, most impressive, and least valuable words. Predicate adjectives follow connecting verbs in sentences and subordinate clauses. Compound adjectives are usually multi-word adjectives joined by a hyphen.
