She wishes the, three pillars of an ideal society; Truth, Love and Peace co-exist in her dream world. But in the present, scenario, this seems not yet achieved. Even after 7 decades of fre India, it is admitted that we have gone far, beyond in developments. But atthe same time India is not yet free in certain aspects. Still we suffer from the, clutches of discrimination, terrorism and regional disparity. There exists inequality in almost every walk of, ‘So personally 1 feel that Naidu’s dream is not yet achieved. How long should we wait for a land that, rises to that heaven of freedom, when into that heaven of freedom let our country awake., APPRECIATION, , 2. In, the beautiful lyric, * Song of a Dream™, she dreams of her motherland. She wishes to blossom the Truth,, Love and Peace in the land. Here she describes the dream about magical wood. She saw the spirits Love,, Peace and Truth inthe dream. She uses imagers like birds of truth, stars of love and streams of peace. She, uses the thyme. There are occurrences of alliteration like stood-wood, glowed- flowed etc. She also applies, the ‘simile(poppy like sprang), ‘metaphor (spirit of love is the birds), and personification. According to the, ‘poet the magical wood is an ideal land. It stands for her motherland
