Ø Body composition - the make-up of body weight by percentage of, muscle and fat. If you like to dance you have to watch out for your, diet because weight can affect your movement. Sometimes, weight, gain can cause injury like sprain., 1. Is it important to go on a balance diet when you are a dancer?
