INSERTING TABLE TO CONTENT PLACEHOLDER, Table is needed to be inserted when we enter data in Tabular Format., Steps to Insert Table in a slide are:-, 1.Insert Title and Content slide into your presentation., 2.Add a title in the Title Placeholder and click on the Insert Table icon in the multipurpose content placeholder., 3. The Insert Table dialog box opens., 4. Enter the number of rows and columns and click on the OK button., ***A table with specified rows and columns will appear on a drawing canvas., You can resize the table by dragging the canvas from the resizing handles. You also drag the canvas to move the table. *******, 5. Add data to the table. Use THE TAB KEY or the mouse click to move from one cell to the next., 7. Save the changes by pressing the Ctrl+S keys

Adding style to table, Click on the border of the drawing canvas. Then open the DESIGN TAB under the Table Tools and, select a Table Style for the table.

INSERTING SMART ART GRAPHICS, In the content placeholder, click the Insert a SmartArt Graphic icon., Choose a SmartArt Graphic dialog box opens ., , 2. Select a category (type) of the Graphic from the left pane. Select a required type of SmartArt Graphic from the right pane., , 3. Click on the OK button., , The SmartArt Graphic will appear on the slide., , 5. You can now add required text in the SmartArt Graphic.

Changing Smart Art Graphic Layout, We can change its layout by following these steps:, 1.Select the SmartArt Graphic by clicking anywhere in it., 2. Open the Design tab under the SmartArt Tools layouts Group., 3. Scroll through the layouts given in the Layouts group and select a layout of your choice. , 4. The SmartArt Graphic will change to the selected layout.

Changing bulleted text to smartart, Follow these steps to convert , bulleted text into a SmartArt , graphic.., 1.. Right click on the bulleted text to change it into a, SmartArt graphic . , 2. SLIDE SORTER VIEW, The Slide Sorter view is a view where all the slides of a presentation are displayed together in the form of thumbnail images., The slide sorter view gives us overall picture of the presentation making it easy to reorder, add, or delete slides., Re-ordering of slides is easy in the slide sorter view as we can see thumbnails of all the slides together in the form of thumbnail images., We just need to drag and drop the slides to re-order our presentation.
