Topic: Types of Physical Fitness, Different people think differently regarding the physical fitness. For a common man to have good physique is a, symbol of physical fitness. Doctors consider physical fitness proper functioning of physiological system of body., The level of physical fitness varies from person to person. Different games and sports requires different level of, physical fitness depending upon the activity, event, game and sports etc., Physical fitness is divided into following types:, , General, Fitness, , Specific, Physical, Fitness, , Types of, Physical, Fitness, , Recreational, Physical, Fitness, , Calisthenics, Fitness

Types of Physical Fitness, 1. General physical fitness is defined as as workout for basic fitness to develop strength, speed,, , endurance, flexibility and coordinative ability. It is suggested by the fitness experts that, fitness should be done under the supervision of experts., 2. Specific Physical Fitness: Specific fitness is that kind of fitness which is used for specific, purpose of specific sports e.g. Hockey paler will do something different from cricket players., For different types sports different types of exercises and training are suggested for better, performance., 3. Recreational Physical Fitness: This type of fitness is achieved through recreational activities, and fun games. When an individual plays game for recreational an individual can achieve a, good and acceptable level of fitness with out going to gym and without indulging in specific, fitness schedule ., 4. Calisthenics Fitness: Calisthenics exercises are free hand exercises or gymnastics exercises., For achieving strength, rhythm and balance these exercises like mass physical training (PT), and few physical drills were done.

Factors Effecting Physical Fitness, 1. Regular exercise: We should do exercise in a regular and continue way. If one or more than one, day we should not do these regular exercise it affects our physical fitness and also affects wellness., To improve our physical fitness we perform these exercise regularly., 2. Heredity: Heredity plays an very important role in affecting the physical fitness and wellness. Size,, shape, structure and height are involved in heredity factors., 3. Proper training: It is an essential factor affecting the physical fitness and wellness. It increases in, the ability to a great extent., 4. Environment Untidy, dirty and polluted environment affects the physical fitness and wellness. Safe,, clean and hygienical environment help to maintain the environment., 5. Profession: To maintain , we should away from the dangerous and hazardous profession. We keep, safety measures to maintain physical fitness., 6. Health problems: Diseases, and injury greatly affect the physical fitness and wellness. We should, follow the obstructive and remedial measure which does not affect the physical fitness and, wellness., 7.Age and gender: When we grow slowly it affects the physical fitness and wellness. Gender, differences improve the physical fitness and wellness., 8. Diet: Balanced diet improves our wellness. Unbalanced diet and mal nutrition affects the physical, fitness and wellness., 9. Intoxicants: Drugs, alcohol, and smoking affects our physical fitness and wellness. We should not, use these types of intoxicant, 10. Stress and tension: Can become barrier in performance by contributing tension and anxiety which, affects the fitness level of a person. One must be mentally tough/strong. Rest and relaxation, 11. Rest and relaxation are necessary for recovery and it speed ups the muscles recovery to go, back to normal stage., 12. Posture: Good postures allows body to function effectively and adapts exercises accordingly.
