Waste is any material or substance that is of no further, use and has been discarded. Also, wastes can be such, items which people are required to discard because of, their hazardous properties. All our daily activities give, rise to a large variety of wastes which arise from, different sources. Wastes mainly come from, households, commercial establishments, factories and, industries, agricultural activities, construction and, demolition activities, mining and quarrying activities, and the process of generation of energy. With such, vast quantities of waste being produced, it is of vital, importance that it is managed in such a way that it, does not cause any harm to either human beings or, to the environment., , SOURCES OF WASTE, Waste products differ according to their types and, sources. Based on their sources of origin, waste, products can be mainly classified as domestic or, household waste, agricultural waste, industrial waste, and commercial waste.
