With increase of production, and the expansion of trade and commerce encourage the rulers to become, powerful. The European rulers wanted to establish a new centralized absolutist, monarchy. It was in this way that a new monarchy came to be established. In, the new monarchy the ruling king was successful in overcoming the challenges, of the feudal nobles and was able to centralized power in his hands. He even, could establish control over the military force. , economy and so on, the power, of the parliament was reduced. However, the development of the new monarchy, was much more rapid in the Western Europe as compared to the other parts.
