Eligibility criteria for Punjab TET paper 1

  1. The candidate should have qualified for their senior secondary with a minimum of 50 per cent marks along with the second year of D.El.Ed/BTC degrees.
  2. The candidate should have passed their senior secondary with a minimum of 45 percent marks along with the second year of D.El.Ed/BTC degrees.
  3. The candidate must have passed their senior secondary with a minimum of 50 percent marks along with the four-year B.El.Ed.
  4. The candidate should be qualified for graduation along with a two-year D.El.Ed/BTC with a minimum of 50 percent marks and BEd.
  5. Any candidate appearing for the second year of D.El.Ed can also apply for the Punjab TET exam.

Eligibility criteria for Punjab TET paper 2

  1. The candidate should be pursuing their BA/BSc and must be in the second year of D.El.Ed.
  2. The candidate must have qualified their BA/BSc with at least 50 percent marks and should be in the first year of their B.Ed.
  3. The candidate should have passed their senior secondary with a minimum of 50 percent marks along with the four-year B.El.Ed.
  4. The candidate must have passed their senior secondary with a minimum of 50 percent marks along with the four-year  BA.Ed/ BSc.Ed or BA/ BSc.Ed.
  5. The candidate must have a minimum of 50 percent marks in their BA/BSc along with a one-year B.Ed.
