PRT Exam Pattern
As mentioned, the PRT exam has 150 questions that carry 1 mark each. These are bifurcated into a number of subjects. This is for the written test stage. There is no negative marking in this stage. After this, the selected candidates have to appear for the interview stage.
Candidates are selected based on the number of vacancies and the written test. This interview round is of 60 marks and involves a conversational interview session.
At the end of the interview round, at a time decided by the concerned institution, the Final Merit List is put out. This merit list is final, and the selected candidate/s must report to the head of the concerned institution.
