AWES
Army Welfare Education Society (AWES) governs and maintains appropriate educational facilities for the children of Indian servicemen through local military authorities. Established in 1983, the company has offices in Shankar Vihar, Delhi Cantonment and over the years has opened more than 137 State Army  Schools and 249 Army Kindergartens across India. It has 12 professional higher education institutions. The online selection test is the first step in the selection process. The online assessment is conducted by one of the online agencies identified by AWES. Eligible candidates for the pre-qualification test will receive a scorecard and the validity of the scorecard is three years. Candidates who pass the selection exam of AWES will be called for an interview and will be asked about the concepts and methods of information technology education and inclusive education. Soldiers, Junior  Officers, and men depend on the existing education system in the country to educate their children. As more and more families settle in a state, existing private schools gradually become unable to provide admissions to the children of soldiers. Even the central schools like Kendriya Vidyalaya could not guarantee the admission of students from soldiers who were frequently transferred from one station to another. This problem started increasing from 1962 to 1973, more soldiers were transferred from one city to another. The children of these soldiers face a lot of problems because they are not certain how much time they have to study in the current school. Students face problems in adjusting themselves at different schools. Several regiment schools sprang up across India to accommodate the growing aspirations of all ranks.
