This exam is conducted every year by the Bar Council of India. Once a candidate has cleared the examination, they are awarded a certificate of practice. After that, they can practice law in any court across India. The exam is conducted in both national and regional languages across various cities in India. The exam is conducted twice a year as an open book examination. The objective of the All India Bar Examination is to assess the basic knowledge of candidates willing to start a law practice. Moreover, it also checks the analytical skills of candidates entering the law profession.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The All India Bar Examination is an MCQ-based examination to be conducted in 3.5 hours. The eligibility criteria for the examination are mentioned below.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Members should hold a law degree from a recognized university or institute. The institute must be recognized by the Bar Council of India.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Members should be registered with the state bar councils.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>There is no upper age limit for appearing in the examination and members of any age group can take the examination.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>However, before giving the examination, members must have completed all the procedures and formalities related to the examination. They must have completed the registration process for the All India Bar Examination. Moreover, they must fill out the exam form before the last date of submitting the forms.
