On November 21, 2002, the Government of Odisha created the Biju Patnaik University of Technology (BPUT). The foundation stone was laid by Dr A.P.J. Abdul Kalam, then-Honorable President of India, in 2003. Engineering, Management Science, Pharmacy, and Architecture colleges were founded with the primary purpose of establishing a consistent curriculum and uniform evaluation in BPUT. It started operations on its Chhend Colony campus in 2013. In 2014, the Centre for Advanced Postgraduate Studies and the Student Complex was completed. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Vice-Chancellor is in charge of the day-to-day operations of the university. The university and its affiliated schools and institutions offer undergraduate and postgraduate courses, as well as PhD programmes, in areas such as engineering, management, pharmacy, architecture, computer science, and science. Students get admitted to various programmes through the Odisha Joint Entrance Examination. BPUT is a very good university where students can get good quality education. Students should study properly for the B.Ed entrance exam<\/a>. There is no need to be stressed but students should give their best. First students need to set a schedule and follow it every day to score maximum marks. Students should not set an unrealistic schedule that they will fail to follow, it should be planned carefully. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
