The exam is conducted across the state every year to select eligible candidates for teaching positions in the primary and upper primary classes of Uttarakhand&#8217;s government schools. Once the details are entered accurately, aspirants must click &#8216;Submit&#8217; and make sure to take a printed copy of the filled form for future use.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>UTET <\/strong><strong>Eligibility Criteria<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To start with, aspirants should be between 18 and 38 years of age. Here are the rest of the eligibility criteria for Paper 1 and 2.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Paper 1: Primary Level (Classes 1 to 5)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>The applicant must be a graduate with at least 45% aggregate marks from a recognized university or institute.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Candidates attending the final year exam of the 2-year D.ELEd Education diplomas in Special Education can apply for the&nbsp; UTET.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>BA\/B.Sc and B.Ed graduates are also welcome to apply.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Paper 2: Upper Primary Level (Classes 6 to 8)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Both graduates and those appearing for the final year of&nbsp; D.Ed\/B.Ed can apply.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Aspirants should have cleared senior secondary education with a minimum of 45% marks.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Those appearing in the final year of the 4-year Bachelor in Elementary Education (B.El.Ed)\/ B.A (Ed)\/B.Sc (Ed)\/B.Ed (Special Education) with minimum 50 percent marks in B.A\/B.Sc can apply.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>UTET <\/strong><strong>Syllabus<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Candidates should definitely know about the syllabus before they start preparing for UTET.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Paper 1:<\/strong> Mathematics, Child Development, and Pedagogy, Language 1 (candidates are entitled to choose either Hindi or English), Language 2, Environmental Studies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Paper 2: <\/strong>Mathematics, Child Development, and Pedagogy, Science or Social Science, Language 1 (candidates are entitled to choose either Hindi or English), Language 2.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The detailed syllabus will be published on the official website.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>UTET<\/strong><strong> Examination Pattern<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It is always good to be aware of the examination pattern of UTET.
