We all have heard about Aryabhata, he was a very minded person. Aryabhata has written work in verse and deals with mathematics and astronomy. Astronomy has and continues to revolutionize our thinking on a global scale. In the past, astronomy was used to measure time, mark the seasons, and navigate the vast oceans. As one of the oldest sciences, astronomy is part of the history and source of all cultures. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The teaching methods<\/a> used today emphasize memorization and the use of computers. Students memorize instead of analyzing and understanding, focusing on test results. Test results are necessary but not sufficient. If we believe that the goal of quality education for our children is to develop skills associated with learning and thinking<\/a>, we need to do more. New and innovative learning programs need to be developed, incorporating existing technology to stimulate students’ creativity, imagination and confidence. They need more hands-on learning and effort to spark their curiosity and interest in learning. We can not imagine how the world would be without the discoveries of Aryabhata, his intelligence helped in the advancement of physics and mathematics. Students should study<\/a> these subjects very properly, they should be inspired by him and try to do something creative in the same field. Students should not take mathematics and physics as a burden, they should enjoy it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
