Anyone who doesn\u2019t fulfill the eligibility criteria but still applies for the test will be disqualified from attempting it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Age<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol>\n<li>The minimum age of a candidate must be 18 years.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No candidate above the age of 38 can apply for the UTET.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Educational qualification<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The educational qualifications for UTET Paper 1 and Paper 2 are different and are mentioned below:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Paper 1 (To teach classes 1 to 5)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol>\n<li>Any bachelor\u2019s degree with a minimum percentage of 50.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>12th standard must be passed with a percentage above 45; must undertake two years of training in elementary education.
