TET Exam<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Teacher Eligibility Test, also known as the TET, is an eligibility test conducted across various states in India to shortlist candidates with the potential to be teachers in various government-run schools across the country. To conduct the TET exam, the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) has issued a set of rules and guidelines for all state governments and central governments to follow. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

While various organizations conduct the test in different states of the country, the central level TET exam, Central Teacher Eligibility Test, or the CTET is conducted and monitored by the Central Board for Secondary Education. ASSAM TET<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Assam TET serves the same purpose as the TET exam but at the state level. ASSAM TET is conducted to shortlist potential candidates for the roles of Lower Primary and Upper Primary Teachers to teach in the government schools of Assam. The Assam Teacher Eligibility Test or the ATET is conducted by the Department of Elementary Education, Assam at the state level for the posts of Lower and Upper Primary Teachers.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Currently, there are 7,242 Lower Primary Teacher openings and 2,112 Upper Primary Teacher vacancies ready to be filled in the year 2021. ASSAM TET<\/strong>: Exam Pattern<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
