KTET stands for Kerala Teacher Eligibility Test and it is an entrance examination for teaching Aspirants, conducted by The Government of Kerala. The Offline\u00a0Examination\u00a0<\/a>is held annually to shortlist aspiring teachers and enhance the quality of education in schools. The Kerala State Education Board (KSEB) organizes the exam to recruit teachers at Primary classes (1-5 standard), upper primary classes (6-8 standard), and secondary classes (9-10 standard) in the state. Reservation Criteria For KTET Exam<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

There are no specific reservations set by the Government of Kerala for the KTET Examination but it has set different pass percentages for all the categories. Passing marks for categories is:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The candidates belonging to the general category is- 60%<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The candidates belonging to the OBC\/SC\/ST \u2013 55%<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The candidates belonging to the PH \u2013 55%<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How To Apply For KTET Exam?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Eligible candidates can apply for the same by directly going to the ktet.kerala.gov.in website. KTET Registration is the first step to fill the forms for the examination, which can be done on their official website. A sum of INR 500 is charged for applying for the examination from General Category aspirants and INR 250 from SC\/ST categories, which is collected via an online gateway. In case of any queries, multiple helpline numbers and help desk email ids are provided on their website to help you find an answer to your problems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
