Teachers can register themselves and submit their service profile details through the online portal. Teachers from government and provincial institutions can submit their applications for easy transfer. The Teacher Transfer Management System Assam implements the transfer process without delays.
How to submit an online teacher transfer application?
Lower primary to senior secondary school teachers in Assam can use the Teacher Transfer Management System Assam. They can register themselves on this portal for transfer to their desired location. The TTMS portal uses two processes, namely:
- Service Profile Details
- Mutual Transfer Application
Documents to be uploaded in the TTMS portal
All teachers willing to get transferred to their desired location need to upload the following documents in the online portal.
- TET mark sheet cum certificate
- HSSLC mark sheet
- Graduation mark sheet
- Proof of date of birth
- Appointment letter
- D. El Ed. or B.Ed mark sheet
These documents need to be scanned and uploaded on the online portal. However, ensure that the document size does not exceed 300KB.
