Peer learning is the procedure in which students learn about different things from each other. This is generally stimulated through teaching and learning activities such as workshops which are led by students, studying in groups, learning partnerships, and group projects. Peer Learning is a learning strategy that facilitates teamwork and cooperation to gain knowledge. In this, students learn a concept from their classmate rather than understanding it from the teacher. Each student is both a recipient and contributor of knowledge. Independent learning is when students set their learning goals and evaluate their academic growth so that they can have motivation towards learning. Generally, independent learning is a significant skill for students to improve because it promotes aptitude and intellectual curiosity. Students should be active learners, they should not be passive learners. Students should not wait to have instructions from teachers about what to do now, they should think to themselves what should be done. Students should plan their activities, learn from each other and in this way all the students will be able to learn about many topics in a day. Peer learning technique of learning is very effective, students can become more responsible as they learn how to study without the help of teachers. Peer learning takes place between students who have different skills, they can be of the same age or different. Students should try to learn more and more every day from their classmates in this way they will develop different skills and abilities.
