IA Full Form
IA Full form is Intermediate of Arts. Intermediate of arts is a 12th level course a student can join after the successful completion of matriculation or 10th standard. After matriculation or 10th standard, students have a lot of career options, out of which students who are planning on pursuing arts can look towards getting an Intermediate of Arts course.
The eligibility criteria for Intermediate of Arts are simple:
- The candidate must have completed their 10th or matriculation from a recognized board
- The candidate must have a pass mark for admission in this course
Some top-ranking colleges might ask for a good percentage in 10th for admission, but other than that, the criteria remain the same. There is hardly any school or college that asks for tuition fees for this course, and even if they do, it will be quite less compared to other courses because the institutions that offer IA as a course since most colleges come under the State or Central Government, and in most of these colleges, they have to only pay the exam fees. Private colleges do charge some course fees, starting from thousand rupees per month.
