  • Proof of marks/ percentage of qualifying degree from respective university/institution via CGPA.

Procedure for CSIR NET Certificate Download 

CSIR NET certificates are always released in three parts, and you can download them from the official websites of CSIR and UGC. Follow these step by step processes to download CSIR certificates – 

CTET Certificate Download(Part I)

Step 1: Log in to CSIR’s official website

Step 2: Then enter the required details as mentioned on the website and click on the submit button

Step 3: After that, your CSIR certificate will be visible on your screen and available for download. Later print the hard copy for future reference. 

CTET Certificate Download (Part II and III)

Step 1: Log in to UGC’s official website UGC, i.e., https://www.ugc.ac.in/

Step 2: Click to click to download the e-certificate of CSIR-UGC Test button

Step 3: After that, there will be two options to choose from -“Yes” or “No”. 

Step 4: if you already have your password via OTP, you can select “Yes” 

Step 5: And Select No, if you have not received the password through OTP  

Step 6: After that, fill in all the required details and download the certificate. 

What to do if facing a problem during CSIR NET Certificate Download?

In case you are unable to download the CSIR Certificate or have a query related to how to download the CSIR certificate, follow the steps mentioned below – 

  • Send an email to certificate@csirhrdg.res.in.
  • You can also visit the head office of the certification section.
  • In case, you haven’t received your certificate, pen down a request letter to the Head, NET Bureau, UGC.
  • Along with the letter, do share your roll number, the exam slot in which you appeared, and the CSIR reference number
  • If you haven’t shared the required documents, send them with the request letter.
